02 / Content and imagery
Six CMS collections connect 34 example records: Speakers, Sessions, Tracks, Passes, Partners and one Event Info. Edit the central Start local date, Day count and IANA timezone in Event Info; each Session uses a day offset and local HH:mm times, never a second event date. Keep each stable Session ID unique and unchanged after publication so saved sessions and calendar UIDs stay consistent. Session Preparation is multiline plain text. The 18 page definitions include connected Session, Speaker and Track detail templates.
03 / Forms, bookings and payments
Connect and test a destination for each of the three ordinary native forms: Contact, Pass inquiry and Partner inquiry. Confirm a real test reaches your destination before launch. The two inquiry selectors use CMS Pass/Partner titles and include event/date/timezone context. Passes use major USD amounts; configure each pass provider or the Event Info ticket-provider fallback before sales. Favorites and calendar exports do not reserve places. Replay URLs are optional; change Event mode to after only when publication and permissions are ready.
04 / Responsive review and launch
Review Desktop, Tablet and Phone with your actual content. Test navigation, filters, saved sessions, calendar dates and all form destinations. Framer hosting and a custom domain are separate; choose CMS capacity for six collections. Publish your own reviewed project.
