A review can become a performance of certainty when everyone feels expected to have a strong opinion. This workshop uses a fictional piece of work to distinguish an observation, a preference, a question and a decision. Those categories give feedback a more specific purpose without requiring every participant to become a critic.

The group practices explaining what it noticed and why that detail matters to the brief.
