A conversation about the handoffs that are easy to overlook.
Bring an example of an unclear handoff, with private or client information removed.
Many projects depend on work that sits between familiar role descriptions. A question needs to move from a conversation into a brief, a design decision into an implementation note, or a technical constraint into language that another person can use. This panel starts with those transitions rather than asking the participants to defend their disciplines.
The discussion considers what a useful handoff carries with it: the decision, the reason, the remaining uncertainty and the person responsible for the next step.
