A question-led opening about giving an idea enough room to be tested.
Bring one question about a piece of work you would like to make easier to discuss.
A promising idea can become difficult to discuss when the team jumps directly to a polished proposal. This opening talk considers a smaller starting point: what someone needs to understand, which assumption matters most and what a modest test might reveal. The intention is to make the next decision clearer rather than to celebrate experimentation as an abstract virtue.
The discussion distinguishes a visible outcome from an interpretation of that outcome. A test can show that a person found a route confusing without proving what every future visitor will do.
