How a brief can stay useful when the conditions around it change.
Think about one assumption you would want a project team to revisit.
A brief often contains assumptions about an audience, a business or the material available to the team. When those conditions change, simply repeating the original brief can make the work less clear. This session looks at the difference between preserving the purpose of a project and preserving every early decision.
The discussion uses an illustrative sequence of changed constraints to ask what needs another review and what can remain stable.
