Make records readable for the next person and the next question.

Before this session

Think about one record that would be easier to understand with a little more context.

An archive can become a collection of outputs with little context about why they were made. This talk considers a smaller set of useful information: the question, the decision, the constraint and a route to the source material. The aim is to help another person understand what they can trust and what they still need to ask.

The discussion also considers what should not be published, including private participant information and client material without permission.
