A future-facing conversation can become difficult to use when an imagined scenario is mistaken for a prediction. This panel keeps the distinction visible. The participants consider what a scenario makes easier to notice, which assumptions it depends on and what a team might choose to investigate now.
The conversation returns to a specific next question that can be investigated now. Bring a current concern you would like to examine through a different scenario.
